The sounds and flashing lights
They occupy my sight
Stealing bits and pieces of the moments in my life

But all that will remain
Are fragments of a brain

In this sedentary life

Embracing rapid vapid thoughts
Attention paid, attention lost

There must be much more to this than
Narcissistic wonderment
Cut the cord, embrace the panic
The air is warm, real light’s fantastic
